Eileen is a classically trained mezzo-soprano and teaches voice out of her home in the Boston area. She shares her home with a husband and two cats. Her favorite food is eggs. It used to be chocolate, but she had a change of heart when she became an adult. Eggs are a perfect food, and a warm egg yolk is the perfect condiment. She wishes she knew how to poach an egg. That’s the culinary Holy Grail. Yellow is her favorite color. Eileen surprised herself by finding that she was a cat person more than a dog person in her adulthood. Adulthood does weird things. Eileen can’t believe she is an adult. Why do they trust her with cars? Does she really have to wear pants everyday? Can’t she just stay in bed?
